Please read carefully:AI-generated edits can be inaccurate or unexpected. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and ensuring that your inputs and intended use are lawful. CiciGPT uses Google Nano Banana for image editing and generation.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and the operator of CiciGPT (“CiciGPT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the website and AI photo editor (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 13 years old and meet any higher minimum age required where you live. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
2. What the Service provides
CiciGPT provides prompt-based tools that generate edited images from one or more source images. The image editing and generation workflow currently uses Google Nano Banana. Available modes, formats, resolutions, limits, models, and features may change. “Free” access may be subject to daily limits, security checks, technical capacity, or later pricing changes.
The Service is a creative tool, not a professional, legal, medical, financial, identity-verification, forensic, or safety-critical service.
3. Billing and refunds
CiciGPT provides 1 free guest generation per day, resetting at midnight New York time (ET). Every signed-in generation costs 5 credits. New accounts receive a one-time gift of 5 credits on first registration. Optional one-time paid credit packs and current prices are shown before checkout. Free guest access and welcome credits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not eligible for a refund because they are promotional access rather than a product or service purchased by you.
The applicable purchase screen identifies the price, the paid product, and any additional terms before purchase. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, refunds for a paid credit purchase are based on the proportion of the paid credits from that purchase that has been used:
- less than 10% used: 100% refund;
- at least 10% but less than 30% used: 30% refund;
- at least 30% and up to 50% used: 50% refund; and
- more than 50% used: no refund.
We do not impose a separate application deadline for these refunds. Duplicate charges, unauthorized charges, and any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights required by applicable law are handled separately and are not limited by the usage-based schedule above. To request a refund or report a billing issue, contact [email protected] with the relevant account and transaction details.
4. Your content and permissions
You retain any rights you already hold in images and prompts you submit (“User Content”). You grant CiciGPT and its service providers a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, transmit, modify, and process User Content only as necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and provide the Service.
You represent that you have all rights and permissions required to submit User Content and create the requested edit, including permissions involving copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity, likeness, and personal data. Do not upload confidential material or content subject to restrictions you cannot satisfy.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of your original User Content to CiciGPT. Rights in generated output may depend on applicable law, the source material, third-party rights, and provider terms; CiciGPT does not guarantee that an output is eligible for copyright or exclusive ownership.
5. Content standards and prohibited categories
You may not use or attempt to use the Service to generate, upload, edit, request, distribute, or facilitate:
- Pornographic or NSFW content: explicit nudity, pornography, sexual acts, or sexualized content involving minors;
- Violence or graphic content: gratuitous gore, graphic injury, torture, or content that glorifies or facilitates serious violence;
- Hate speech: content that attacks, dehumanizes, or encourages violence against people based on protected characteristics;
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or other child-unsafe content: any sexual or exploitative content involving a minor;
- Deepfakes or impersonation: non-consensual intimate imagery, deceptive impersonation, identity fraud, or materially misleading manipulation of a real person;
- Copyright or trademark infringement: content that unlawfully copies, reproduces, modifies, or misuses protected works, brands, logos, or marks;
- terrorism, extremist propaganda, incitement to genocide, or instructions for creating weapons of mass destruction;
- harassment, stalking, blackmail, fraud, scams, or deceptive content intended to cause harm;
- content that violates any law, regulation, court order, privacy right, publicity right, or other third-party right;
- upload malware, disrupt infrastructure, evade rate limits or security checks, scrape the Service, or access it through unauthorized automated means;
- reverse engineer, jailbreak, or misuse the Service in a way prohibited by applicable law; or
- use outputs to make consequential decisions about a person’s employment, housing, credit, insurance, education, medical care, or legal rights.
You must have the rights and permissions required for every image, prompt, likeness, logo, and other material you submit or request. Do not submit confidential material or content that you are not authorized to process.
6. Content moderation, reporting, and enforcement
We use automated safety checks on prompts and uploaded images before generation. Requests may be blocked when a safety check detects a possible violation. Content that is flagged, reported, or reasonably connected to abuse, legal process, or a safety investigation may be reviewed by authorized personnel where appropriate.
To report prohibited content, suspected abuse, copyright or trademark infringement, impersonation, or another violation, email [email protected]. Include the relevant result or page URL, a short description of the issue, the applicable category, and your contact details. Do not send illegal material as an attachment unless we specifically request it. We will handle reports in good faith, protect report details where reasonably possible, and may take action without disclosing private information about another user.
Depending on the facts, we may warn the user, block or remove content, limit features or requests, suspend or terminate access, preserve relevant information, or disclose information to authorities where required or reasonably necessary to comply with law or protect people and the Service. We may also act on repeated or intentionally false reports that abuse the reporting process.
If you believe an enforcement action was made in error, contact [email protected] with the account details and explanation needed for review.
7. AI-generated output and your responsibility
Outputs are generated probabilistically and may contain artifacts, altered identities, inaccurate details, offensive material, or similarities to other content. The Service does not guarantee that an output is accurate, unique, non-infringing, fit for a particular purpose, or safe for publication.
You are responsible for inspecting faces, hands, text, logos, products, factual details, and other important elements before using or sharing an output. Clearly disclose material AI manipulation when law, platform rules, professional standards, or context requires it.
8. Accounts, limits, third parties, and availability
Some use may be anonymous, while other features may rely on an authorization token. You are responsible for keeping any credentials secure. Anonymous access may require automated security checks, including Cloudflare Turnstile, for limits and abuse prevention.
The Service relies on third-party infrastructure and processing services. Their availability and policies may affect the Service. We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any feature, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, completion time, permanent storage, or recovery of inputs or outputs.
Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and do not mean that CiciGPT controls or endorses those services.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, or security. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CiciGPT and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, opportunities, or business interruption arising from the Service.
10. General terms, changes, and contact
You agree to indemnify CiciGPT and its providers against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without consent; we may transfer them as part of a reorganization or transfer of the Service.
Applicable mandatory law governs regardless of these Terms. Before filing a dispute, you should attempt to resolve it by contacting us at [email protected]. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after revised Terms take effect means you accept them.
